DVB has financed and aircraft backed loan for two new A330-300s for Guggenheim Aviation Partners. The aircraft are both on long term lease agreements with Delta Air Lines. Vedder Price acted for DVB while Stephenson Harwood acted for Guggenheim Aviation Partners.
