Doric Investment GmbH, a Doric group company, has been licenced by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to offer closed-end Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and open-end Special AIFs under the German Investment Code (KAGB). Doric has chosen CACEIS, which offers a range of fully-compliant AIFMD services, as its depositary services provider. Doric Investment GmbH‘s managing directors are Michael Denk, Dr. Peter E. Hein and Bernd Reber. Michael Denk commented: “The BaFin licence is an important step for Doric. We fulfil all current regulatory requirements and may therefore offer a full range of investment products, in particular for institutional investors.”
