On April 10, 2017, Bangkok Airways closed the commercial financing of one ATR 72-600 (MSN 1392). Crédit Agricole CIB (CACIB) acted as mandated lead arranger. Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, CACIB and KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited acted as lenders. CACIB also acted as facility agent and security trustee. Holman Fenwick Willan advised the finance parties, Mourant Ozannes acted as Cayman law counsel, Matheson acted as Irish law counsel and Clifford Chance acted as Thai law counsel.
