Analysts have stated that the view on Kingfisher Airlines is bearish because the airline still looks unattractive from a valuations perspective. With fuel prices expected to continue to rise, this outlook is only going to get worse as it hits margins. Radhika Gupta, director at Forefront Capital Management, has stated that because airlines are so capacity intensive and depended on fuel prices, they are “rarely … a good investment” and so its view on Kingfisher is fairly negative.
