AirAsia has closed the commercial financing of one A320-200 bearing MSN 6088. CA-CIB acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Security Trustee and Facility Agent. Cathay United Bank, DBS and Helaba joined the transaction as lenders. Clifford Chance advised the lenders while Milbank advised the airline.
