Air France-KLM issues €750 million unsecured bond

Air France-KLM (unrated) has mandated BNP Paribas and Commerzbank (Global Coordinators) and Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Santander as active joint bookrunners for a Euro denominated fixed rate RegS senior unsecured benchmark transaction, due 16 January 2025.

The €750 million senior notes have a five-year maturity and bearing coupon at an annual rate of 1.875%. The net proceeds of the issue will be used to fund all or part of the tender offer on three series of existing notes launched and announced by the company on 6 January 2020, as well as general corporate purposes.
