Hampton Road could be market leader for green aviation

NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said Hampton Roads could become a leader in the emerging field of green aviation. By making the region a hub where government, academia and industry develop ways to make aircraft more fuel efficient and less noisy, and improve air traffic control could bring billions of dollars of investment to the region.
