  • Language: Articles should be written in clear, professional, and concise UK English.
  • Tone: Analytical and objective, with minimal jargon. Acronyms should be defined on first use.
  • Citations: All data, quotes, and statistics must be properly attributed with references or hyperlinks.
  • Formatting: Use headings, subheadings, and bullet points for clarity where appropriate.

3. Submission Format

  • File Type: Microsoft Word or Google Docs (no PDFs).
  • Fonts: Arial or Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced.
  • Images: Submit high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi) separately, with proper captions and copyright permissions.

4. Review and Editing Process

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the editorial team for relevance, quality, and originality.
  • The editorial team reserves the right to edit articles for clarity, grammar, and formatting while retaining the author's intended meaning.
  • Selected articles may undergo a fact-checking process. Authors are expected to respond promptly to any queries.

Copyright and Licensing Clauses

Originality Certification:

  • By submitting an article, the author certifies that the work is their own, is original, and does not infringe on any existing copyrights or intellectual property.

License to Publish:

  • Upon acceptance, the author grants Airline Economics magazine an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish the article in print, digital, and other media formats.

Author Retention of Rights:

  • The author retains the right to republish their work elsewhere after six (6) months from the date of publication, provided that proper attribution is given to Airline Economics as the original publisher.

Copyright of Images:

  • Authors must ensure all submitted images are either their own or have appropriate permissions/licenses for publication. The magazine assumes no responsibility for copyright infringements related to submitted images.

Liability Disclaimer:
