SpiceJet has entered into settlement agreement with lessor Wilmington Trust SP Services (Dublin) Ltd. Under the agreement, the lessor has agreed to withdraw court proceedings and de-registration process of three aircraft subject to SpiceJet satisfying the (not disclosed) terms of settlement.
