Pemco World Air Services (PEMCO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with European-based aviation asset management company, Vallair, for a B737-400 passenger-to-freighter conversion. The agreement marks the first PEMCO-converted aircraft for Vallair. “We chose PEMCO based on their quality of work, countless years of experience, and solid on-time record,” said Gregoire Lebigot, Vallair Chief Executive Officer. The aircraft will be inducted this month in Jinan Shandong, China, where the conversion will be accomplished by PEMCO’s partner, STAECO. The PEMCO-converted aircraft is scheduled for redelivery in September. “We’re honored to be Vallair’s freighter conversion partner,” said Mike Andrews, PEMCO Director
