Latvian national airline airBaltic has introduced an online booking system to improve its growing cargo service for freight forwarders. The new online booking portal allows freight forwarders to view real time schedule, availability and to make bookings directly into live inventory. This makes airBaltic’s cargo services available 24/7 and ensures instant responses that are very important in airfreight business. In the first 9 months of 2010 Air Baltic has achieved 21% growth of its cargo and mail compared to the same period last year.
