Dallas-based Ameriflight is to hire Alan Rusinowitz as president and chief operating officer, an appointment the cargo carrier said “comes on the cusp” of chief executive Paul Chase resigning. Described by Ameriflight as a “well-established leader with significant experience working in our niche of the airline industry”, Rusinowtiz will “amplify Ameriflight’s vision as the unparalleled leader in scalable, outsourced aviation services to the regional express airfreight market”, the company said.
