Avia Solutions Group acquires Chapman Freeborn Group

Avia Solutions Group has completed the acquisition of UK-headquartered Chapman Freeborn Group, for an undisclosed sum. Chapman Freeborn’s areas of expertise include arranging the delivery of time-critical shipments, heavy and outsize equipment, humanitarian goods, and other types of freight. Avia Solutions Group has said that the acquisition adds service scope and allow the group to enter new markets and reach new clients. As part of the Avia Solutions Group, Chapman Freeborn will maintain its existing product portfolio and continue to operate under the group’s existing brands.
