Embraer has entered into an agreement with Ukrainian Aviation Group Alliance member Dniproavia for 10 Embraer E-190s with options for another five. The total value of the deal, at list prices, is over $400 million and could reach $ 600 million if all options are taken. The E-190s will be configured in a dual-class layout, seating up to 104 passengers. The aircraft will be placed under a lease structure to be arranged by a third party. The first two aircraft are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2011.
