Three airlines: Philippine Airlines, Tiger Asia and Hainan Air, have informally raised interest in the low-cost regional carrier Zest Air. However, chairman of Zest Air Donald Dee has declared that the airline isn’t interested in their offers. Price may have been a consideration, says local media.
