The Zambian government has restored the operating certificate of Zambezi Airlines but its aircraft will not be allowed to fly until they meets several other financial and safety requirements, says Transport and Communications Minister Yamfwa Mukanga. Mukanga said the lifting of the suspension was procedural but a tribunal will have to sit to determine whether the requirements were met during the suspension before the airline could revert to the skies.
