Wizz Air has flatly rejected calls from Italian union officials to enter into collective bargaining contracts to ensure all employees across Italy do not suffer any “inequalities”. It shows how fast Wizz is expanding within Italy, it only started deploying crews and aircraft in Italy in July 2020, but plans to open its fourth base in June at Palermo airport in Sicily.
