Wizz Air has announced that its total revenue during its third quarter – the three months to end December 2019 – increased 24.6% to €637.3 million, with ticket revenue up by 15.5% to €336.3 million. Ancillary revenues increased 36.7% to €301.1 million. Profit for the period was a record €21.4 million in Q3, a year-on-year increase of €42.4 million. Unit revenues increased 1.9% year-on-year to 3.60 Euro cents per available seat kilometre (ASK), with total unit costs down by 2.1% year-on-year to 3.47 Euro cents per ASK.
