BA will sell seats on WestJet flights easing the way for its passengers to make regional connections in Canada. “We’re excited because British Airways is such an iconic image in the airline world,” said WestJet spokesperson Robert Palmer. “This one, obviously, is very, very big for us in terms of its prestige.” British Airways will use its own “BA” code on WestJet flights connecting from Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto to Ottawa, Edmonton, and Victoria.
