WestJet Airlines and Emirates have launched an interline agreement that aims to allow their passengers to connect more easily to destinations in their respective networks. For Emirates, this is one way to expand its presence in Canada after the Canadian government has failed to bow to lobbying to increase the number of slots the Dubai airline is allowed.
