Fifty-one new pilots have finished their training at United Airlines’ flying school, the first set of graduates produced by what the carrier says is the only such airline-owned facility in the US. The graduation of the United Aviate Academy’s inaugural class of pilots is, the carrier said, “an important step towards training the next generation of talented, qualified, and motivated aviators”.
