The Airline Customer Advocate’s 2016 annual report revealed Tigerair received 31.9 of the most common complaints per million passengers. The top five complaints regard refunds, delays and cancellations, baggage services, fees or charges and airport customer services. Tigerair’s customer complaint record more than doubled second place on the list, which was sister carrier Virgin Australia. Qantas had the lowest figure of 7.2.
