China Airlines and EVA Airways face hard decisions after Taiwan’s CCA (Civil Aeronautics Administration) decided to allocate the Songshan-Seoul Gimpo air traffic rights partly to Eastar Jet and T’way, the two Korean airlines are expected to launch their cheap flights to attract Taiwanese air passengers around the end of April, when the route is scheduled to open.
