Turks and Caicos-based interCaribbean Airways has started flying between St Kitts and Nevis and Barbados. The launch of the new route, which interCaribbean had earlier announced would open on March 12, was celebrated at an event staged by the airline with the St Kitts Tourism Authority and Barbados Tourism Marketing, and was attended by Marsha T Henderson, St Kitts’ tourism minister, and Ian Gooding-Edghill, Barbados’ transport minister.
