SriLankan Airlines is ready to upgrade its fleet by replacing some of its older Airbus A330 aircraft as their leases will soon expire and has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for leasing five widebody A330. The airline is looking out for five A330-300 or A330-200 on a six-year dry lease, with expected deliveries this year. SriLankan has seven Airbus A330-300 planes and five A330-200.
