Spirit Airlines will build state-of-the-art headquarters in Dania Beach, Florida worth $250 million. The airline, headquartered in South Florida for more than 20 years, submitted site plans to the City of Dania Beach to build a campus up to 500,000 sq ft at Dania Pointe, with the carrier planning to move into the facility by 2022.
