Spirit Airlines’ adjusted net income for the third quarter 2015 increased 31.6 percent to $97.3 million ($1.35 per diluted share) compared to the third quarter 2014. GAAP net income for the third quarter 2015 increased 44.9 percent year over year to $97.1 million ($1.35 per diluted share).
