Southwest Airlines has won several satisfaction categories in a Zagat survey. The awards include best value among domestic airlines, best luggage policy, best check-in experience, best consumer on-time estimates, and most eco-friendly. “Customer service is the core of our business,” said Whitney Eichinger, a spokesperson at Southwest.
