New carrier SaudiGulf Airlines has received its air operator’s certificate from Saudi -Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). From its base in Dammam, SaudiGulf will fly to Riyadh and Jeddah, with a service to Dubai. No official launch date has been set.
