Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is to resume flying to Africa with weekly winter flights from Copenhagen and Stockholm to Agadir in Morocco. “We are excited to see the world travelling again and it’s with great pleasure we can offer new destinations this coming winter,” said Erik Westman, chief commercial officer, network and revenue management. SAS said Agadir is “well known for its long beaches, warm winter weather and beautiful scenery”. “Adding beautiful Agadir to our network means we will fly to Africa again for the first time in decades,” said Westman, who is also executive vice president.
