RwandAir and Ethiopian Airlines have been granted fifth-freedom traffic rights between Entebbe/Kampala and Juba by the Ugandan Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA). The regulator had previously withdrawn the AOCs of all Ugandan domestic operators after an inspection by the ICAO had revealed multiple instances of non-compliance with procedures and regulations.
