Royal Brunei Airlines awarded four-star airline rating

Royal Brunei Airlines has been awarded a four-star airline rating from air transport organisation Skytrax. Based on its audit findings by Skytrax, the airline has made a range of product and service enhancements from improved airport and cabin services through collaboration with relevant government agencies, enhanced onboard services and products. New airport services were introduced to enhance guests’ end-to-end experience, the airline says. To achieve the rating, onboard cabin products and services underwent significant upgrading with new amenities and improved standards introduced to the overall service. Over the past year, Royal Brunei Airlines’ network of direct flights has expanded from
