Rolls-Royce and Emirates in new training programme

Rolls-Royce has signed a long-term leadership training agreement with The Emirates Group to provide a dedicated leadership and business management development programme in the UK for talented UAE National managers within The Group. Part of a long term learning programme, the first modules, which will begin next year, will be delivered in two phases– firstly at the award winning Rolls-Royce Learning and Career Development Centre in Derby, and then at Oxford University.
