Finnair has posted a loss of €19.8 million during the second quarter although this is an improvement on the €23 million reported in the same period last year. Revenue rose by 10.2% to €594.4 million due to increased capacity and growing passenger traffic. The airline carried 2.3 million passengers 10.6% more than during the quarter than the same period last year. The airline had an operating income of €14.7 million.
