Proflight Zambia is all set to ramp its capacity between Lusaka and Johannesburg O.R Tambo with thrice daily flights. The airline is planning to introduce a B737-500 aircraft on the route. The 126-seater B737 is wet leased from Africa Charter Airline and is on an initial six-month ACMI contract, with an option to extend, the airline confirmed. The airline will deploy its three 50-seater Bombardier aircraft, one CRJ100LR and two CRJ200LRs from April and will add the B737, June 2023 onwards.
