In an interview with the Nikkei Asian Review, Shinya Katanozaka, president of ANA Holdings has commented that the integration of Peach Aviation and Vanilla Air aims to become the leading low-cost carrier in Asia. The full integration of the two airlines is scheduled for completion by March 2020. “We’re accelerating talks on how the new company will be organized, as well as its benefits, [labour] policies and work conditions,” Katanozaka said.
