Norwegian has reported that it transported 225,509 passengers in June 2021 – a 100% increase, with RPKs up by 102%. Capacity rose by 182% for the month of June, with an average load factor of 62.9%. The airline reports that demand continues to increase driven by the unlocking of markets and easing of travel restrictions. Norwegian estimates its unit revenue (RASK) at 0.47 for the period, down by 42%. The average flying distance for the Group increased by 27% in June compared to the same period last year. In June, the Group operated 99.9% of its scheduled flights, whereof 94.1%
