New Tanzania airline

Preparations are advancing for the creation of a new national airline in Tanzania. The Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has directed the Treasury Registrar to coordinate preparations for the new airline or revamped Air Tanzania Company (ATCL) free from impediments.  Core investors of the national carrier will be TANAPA and Ngorongoro National Parks, which as strategic investors will be exempted from paying taxes.
