German company MHS Aviation has taken a 40% in Swiss regional carrier SkyWork Airlines. The cash injection means the airline, which had completed a management buyout in April, will continue to operate but it will still need to cut routes. CEO Tomislav Lang has resigned from his position and former accountable manager Rolf Hartleb has been appointed new CEO.
