Special-mission operator Dynamic Aviation has announced plans to launch a charter airline called Dynamic Airways. The new charter carrier will operate using a MD-88 from Smith Reynolds Airport (INT) in North Carolina. Dynamic Airways, which began FAA proving flights in September, has hired Guy Cannady as its chief operating officer.
