Dutch authorities investigating the MH17 disaster over eastern Ukraine have stated they will publish a preliminary report next Tuesday.The Dutch Safety Board said the report “will present factual information based on sources available” to its investigators.The sources include satellite imagery, radar details and data from the aircraft’s flight data recorders. Dutch investigators have not visited the site in the Ukraine where the wreckage of the aircraft landed on July 17th.Tuesday’s report will set out the investigators‘ initial hypothesis, but will not apportion blame.
