MAS AND AIRASIA EVACUATE STUDENTS FROM EGYPT

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and AirAsia are evacuating Malaysian students from Egypt to Jeddah. Some 345 students were flown out of Egypt by MAS yesterday, while AirAsia flew a further 300 students out later in the day. The students are being housed at the Tabung Haji Hostel in Jeddah. AirAsia is also waiting for permission from the Cairo aviation authority to fly out even more students.
