Indonesia LCC Lion Air has suspended flight operations just a few weeks after putting planes back in the air with the company blaming passenger non-compliance with COVID 19 regulations for grounding their fleet again. The Lion Air group, which also includes subsidiaries Batik Air and Wings Air, started reintroducing short-haul flight routes on May 10 but on June 1 it announced on its website that it would be ending them again with all routes suspended effective from June 5.
