In a move that could prove to be the norm in future Korean Air will open the world’s first airborne duty-free shop on board its A380s to be introduced in June. It is out with the duty free trolley and in with the shop. This coupled with duty free magazine print cost savings could prove to be a real winner for the airline. Others will be watching.
