Jetstar has announced extra flights from Cairns in far north Queensland to Brisbane and Sydney. The airline had sold out of flights by this morning to the southern centres as a huge cyclone threatens to further ravage flood hit Queensland. Two flights will leave Cairns early this afternoon and this evening. “The priority for those aircraft, which puts 350 additional seats out of Cairns, for us will be to existing customers who are seeking to get out of the region earlier than they were previously wanting to,” he said. “There will be some seats for sale at our standard everyday
