Jazeera Airways has reported an increase in the number of passengers on Dubai, Amman, Assiut, Jeddah, Luxor, Mashhad, and Sohag routes in February this year over February 2012. Jazeera Airways’ February market share on these routes was 56%, 73%, and 50% respectively. “When comparing these market shares with the same month from last year, the airline’s market share on the Kuwait-Assiut route saw an increase of 10%, Kuwait-Luxor by six per cent, and the Kuwait-Sohag route by 14%,” the carrier said in a statement. Demand to other destinations was also up: Beirut up 38%; Amman up 34%; Dubai up 14%
