The board of Jazeera Airways has approved the purchase of 28 new Airbus aircraft – 20 A320neos and eight A321neos – worth $3.4bn at list price. The delivery schedule will be announced at a later stage, said the airline. The airline has also agreed to buy two CFM Leap1-A26 engines to “support company operations”.
