Indonesia AirAsia has reshuffled its board with the announcement of Veranita Yosephine as the company’s new CEO. Yosephine replaces Dendy Kurniawan who has been in the role since 2017.   Kurniawan will take on the role of president commissioner of the holding company’s board of commissioners. Yosephine was previously the deputy CEO of Indonesia AirAsia, holding the role since July 2019. Prior to this role, Yosephine was at Kraft Heinz Co. as sales director.  The airline made the announcement during a stock disclosure that the decision was taken on 24 October.
