Hainan Airlines Group (HNA), parent of Hainan Airlines, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the China-Africa Development Fund, Astral Aviation and the Consolidated Bank of Kenya to provide technical support and aircraft lease service to the Nairobi-based airline. The investment amount and ownership structure have not yet been decided.
