Shares in Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes (GOL) fell to a three-month low as the market reacts to concerns over potential strikes and delays caused by bad weather in Europe. Shares fell by 2.9% to 24.35 reais on trading yesterday, which also reached 24.26 reais at one point marking the lowest intraday price since September 10. Brazilian airline workers are planning to strike today after failing to reach an agreement with their employers over a salary increase. Airline and airport workers’ unions want a 13% increase although employers have only offered 6.58%.
